Free Plan

Perfect for: A single group leader who wants to try Flock before recommending it to their church.

You get one group with up to 10 members, and every feature in the app. There is no credit card required, no trial period, and no time limit. Use the Free plan for as long as you want.

This is intentionally generous. We want you to experience Flock fully before deciding whether to bring it to your whole church. One group with 10 members is enough to test prayer, attendance, events, chat, and insights with your real group.

Starter Plan

Perfect for: Small churches with a handful of groups who want to get organized.

Five groups with up to 100 members each gives you room for a small church's core groups — adult small groups, a youth group, a women's study, and a couple of specialty groups.

Pro Plan

Perfect for: Growing churches that have multiple ministry areas and need structure across campuses and ministries.

Fifty groups and up to 1,000 members per group handles the vast majority of churches. You get the full organizational hierarchy (campuses, ministries, groups), staff roles, and church-wide analytics.

Enterprise Plan

Perfect for: Large and multi-campus churches that need unlimited scale.

Upgrading and Downgrading

Upgrading: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and you are billed the new rate going forward. If you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you will receive a prorated credit for the time remaining on your old plan.

Downgrading: You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Your existing groups and members remain intact, but you will not be able to create new groups or add new members beyond your new plan's limits.

Annual billing: Annual plans are available at a discount of approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. If you know Flock is right for your church, annual billing saves money.

What Happens If You Hit a Limit

If your organization reaches its group or member limit, you will not lose any data or access. You simply will not be able to create new groups or add new members until you upgrade to a higher tier.

Existing groups continue to work perfectly. Existing members keep full access. Nothing breaks — you just cannot add more until you upgrade.

Start with Free. There is no reason not to. Try Flock with your group, see how it works, and decide from there.

Move to Starter when you want more groups. If your church has multiple groups that want to use Flock, the Starter plan gives you room for five.

Move to Pro when you need structure. If your church has multiple ministry areas, needs the campus/ministry hierarchy, or has dozens of groups, Pro handles it all.
