Built by Church Leaders, for Church Leaders

We were frustrated with existing solutions that didn't help us shepherd our people better. So we built something that does.

The Problem We Faced

As church group leaders at some of the largest churches in the nation, we experienced the same struggles every week. Prayer requests would get lost in endless group texts. Tracking attendance meant manual spreadsheets or clunky apps that took more time than they saved. When someone started missing meetings, we wouldn't notice until it was too late.

The tools that existed were either too expensive, too complicated, or built by people who had never actually led a church group. They focused on what church administrators needed, not what leaders on the ground were dealing with every week.

What We Realized

We needed something simple enough to use from our phones in under two minutes. We needed our group members to actually engage with it, not another app that only leaders could access. We needed intelligence that would help us catch people falling through the cracks before they disappeared entirely.

Most importantly, we needed a tool that understood that shepherding people isn't about managing data—it's about caring for souls. Prayer isn't just a feature; it's the foundation. Attendance tracking isn't about numbers; it's about noticing when someone needs extra care.

So We Built Flock

Flock is what we wish we'd had from the beginning. A mobile-first app where group members can submit prayers instantly, where leaders get gentle nudges when someone might be struggling, where everything that matters can be handled from your phone while you're walking to your car after group.

We're not trying to replace your church management system or compete with enterprise software. We're just trying to help church leaders shepherd their people better, because we're church leaders too and we know how hard it is to do this well.
